What You Will Do: * Sell a range of high-quality custom home improvement services including Siding, Roofing, Windows, Bathrooms, and more. * Work directly with clients, providing exceptional service and solutions to meet their home improvement needs. * Travel to various locations within our Illinois, Quad Cities, and St. Louis, MO regions. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals. * Meet and exceed sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the company. What We Require: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement or a related field. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts. * Willingness to travel within the Illinois, Quad Cities, and St. Louis, MO regions. * Clean Driving Record with a Valid Driver's License, and own Vehicle.
