NEW - Chattanooga/Regional Sales Representative - Asheville Dispensary - We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented sales professional with a passion for the cannabis and beverage industries seeking to leverage expertise in outbound sales and wholesale experience to drive revenue growth and foster lasting client relationships as an Outbound Sales Representative at Asheville Dispensary in Chattanooga, TN. The role will involve initiating both in-person and digital sales. We are anchoring a 2nd hub for our beverage division and looking for a strong leader to kick-off the product in Chattanooga and the surrounding region. The role has the potential to evolve quickly into the team leader for the area and surrounding cities. You will be backed by a sharp digital support team and talented company leaders and designers. We are looking for individuals with vision and strong work ethic who are looking to join one of the fastest-growing cannabis companies in the southeast. Experience: * Develop and implement sales strategies and programs for local small format key account chains, driving distribution, price, promotion, and quality distribution points within the chain. * Established and nurtured productive business relationships with assigned accounts, delivering solutions tailored to customer needs while achieving company goals. * Manage local key account budgets and results, ensuring alignment with company recommendations and standards. * Conducted quarterly business reviews to update key accounts on business performance, competition, and opportunities. * Conducted sales calls, both in person and over the phone, to potential clients in the cannabis industry, utilizing effective sales techniques to secure sales and suggest promotions based on client needs. * Responded promptly to client inquiries and addressed concerns via call, text, or email, maintaining high customer satisfaction. * Demonstrate quick thinking, problem-solving abilities, and efficient communication skills to navigate sales processes and close deals effectively. * Maintained a reliable vehicle for in-person sales calls and demonstrated flexibility to work remotely when necessary. * Represented Asheville Dispensary's brand and promoted premium, affordable cannabis, and beverage products to potential clients in the industry, leveraging outbound sales experience and wholesale expertise. * Utilize data entry and CRM tools knowledge to optimize sales processes and drive revenue growth. * Develop a basic understanding of the cannabis plant and its products, as well as beverage offerings, to better serve client needs and drive sales. Qualifications: * Over 5 years of experience in direct sales with a proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth. * Proficient in Google Drive and Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting. * Familiarity with outbound sales techniques, including cold calling and relationship building. * Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and supervisors. * Basic understanding of the cannabis and beverage industries and their products. * Reliable transportation and flexibility to work remotely when necessary.
