You'll be the first point of contact for our customers--booking appointments, guiding inquiries, and making sure every interaction leaves a lasting, positive impression. What You 'll Be Doing: * Book/Schedule service and showroom appointments by confidently handling incoming calls, emails, text and online chats. * Welcome and assist showroom guests with warmth and professionalism--and pitch in with the Sales Team when they need backup. * Provide accurate, helpful information using our tools and systems--no guessing games here. * Resolve customer questions with confidence, clarity, and care. * Perform efficient, accurate data entry to keep everything running like a well-oiled machine. * Maintain strong client relationships , offering support before, during, and after the sale. * Deliver exceptional phone etiquette , because you know that how you say something matters just as much as what you say.
