Winnie Couture is seeking a Bridal Sales Associate for our Beverly Hills Flagship location! Check out #TheWinnieExperience on our [please apply online] [please apply online] Duties and responsibilities include: * Deliver exceptional customer service, creating an atmosphere of warmth and joy for every bride-to-be and their entourage. * Assist customers along their bridal journey, providing product recommendations and styling expertise to suit each bride-to-be. * Meet and exceed both individual and store sales goals. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store. * Engage in daily customer outreach to further build relationships with potential and current customers. * Participate and assist with organizing in-store events, bridal shows and promotions. * Assist with inventory tasks, handling both incoming and outgoing shipments. * Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Qualifications: * Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in bridal and luxury retail, is preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask. * Team player with a positive attitude and strong leadership skills. * Available to work weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of our clientele.
