Great, your base salary will start at $35,000 and first-year commissions are expected to be around $20,000. Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Our top earners made between $40-$60,000 in commission last year. Requirements * Licensing: Active Kentucky Property & Casualty License is required. * Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus. * Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Customer-Oriented: A deep desire to understand and meet client needs. * Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. * Motivated: High level of self-motivation and a passion for sales. * Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
