Industrial Repair Service is seeking an Appointment Setter who will play a lead role in developing business prospects and setting appointments for outside sales reps. Who Is Industrial Repair Service? Since 1991, it has been Industrial Repair Services' mission to reduce downtime and cut maintenance cost for production lines nationwide. (Don't worry, we'll teach you everything you need to know to succeed in our industry!) Job Duties: * High volumes of daily outbound/cold calls * Discover, develop and qualify business prospects * Set appointments for outside sales reps Job Requirements: * Excellent communication and phone skills * Clean criminal background and ability to pass pre-employment drug test * Dependable transportation, attendance and punctuality Excellent work environment with full health, vision, dental life and retirement benefits plus paid holidays and time off. Hours: M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM Compensation $15-$18/hour, commensurate with experience, with the ability to be promoted to an Inside Sales Representative position after 6 months.
