What You 'll Do: * Serve as a liaison between the sales team and customers, coordinating communication, appointments, and next steps * Review customer contracts and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness before passing them to production * Track and report sales metrics using CRM tools and internal reporting systems * Collaborate across teamsproduction, customer service, operationsto complete administrative tasks and resolve issues * Help ensure smooth, timely execution of sales processes and provide support to the sales team as needed What You 'll Bring: * Roofing product knowledge - required * Previous experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, or in a similar administrative support role * Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., ServiceTitan, Acculynk, Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office * Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines * A positive attitude and collaborative mindset * Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach Benefits: * Competitive compensation package * Health, dental, and vision insurance options * Paid time off and paid holidays * Opportunities for advancement and career growth * Supportive team environment with a focus on employee wellbeing Ready to Join the Team?
