We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and promote our wound care products to healthcare providers in Sarasota, FL and the surrounding areas. Position Overview: As a Medical Sales Representative in the wound care division, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned territory by promoting and selling our wound care products to healthcare providers in Sarasota, FL, and surrounding areas. This role requires a deep understanding of wound care products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals. Key Responsibilities: * Sales Growth : Achieve sales targets and objectives by effectively selling wound care products to hospitals, wound care centers, healthcare professionals, and clinics in the Sarasota, FL area and surrounding regions. * Product Knowledge : Develop a thorough understanding of our wound care products, including advanced modalities and other related devices. * Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, including doctors, nurses, and medical buyers within the designated territory. * Market Analysis : Identify new business opportunities, target potential clients, and stay ahead of market trends to ensure competitiveness within the territory. * Sales Presentations : Prepare and present tailored sales presentations to effectively address customer needs and demonstrate the value of our wound care products. * Territory Management : Plan and manage a daily schedule to maximize territory coverage, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up with existing and potential customers across Tampa and surrounding areas. * Customer Support : Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to product usage, availability, and product training. * Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback from customers and contribute to the development of marketing strategies and promotional materials. Qualifications: * Education : A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Life Sciences) is preferred. * Experience : Minimum of [2] years of sales experience in medical sales, with a focus on wound care, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals. Experience in selling wound care products is highly preferred. * Knowledge : Strong understanding of the wound care market, including clinical protocols, healthcare trends, and wound care treatments * Sales Skills : Proven track record of achieving sales targets, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals. * Relationship Building : Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts. * Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Organizational Skills : Strong time management skills, ability to handle multiple priorities, and work independently. * Technology : Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in the wound care sector or with medical devices in a similar field. * Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement processes and purchasing trends in wound care. * Certification in wound care (e.g., Wound Care Certified, CWCA) is a plus.
