Regional Sales Manager - Southeastern U.S. WARDJet Waterjets Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for capital equipment and cutting-edge manufacturing technology? At WARDJet Waterjets , we specialize in delivering high-quality waterjet cutting solutions to a wide range of industries. We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth across the Southeastern U.S. , covering Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, and Tennessee. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, work with industry-leading products, and help customers find innovative solutions to their cutting needs. Your Role & Responsibilities As a Regional Sales Manager , you will be the face of WARDJet in your assigned territory, responsible for expanding market presence, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong customer relationships. You will take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customers receive outstanding service and tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include: * Achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas within the assigned territory. * Managing and developing new and existing customer relationships to drive revenue growth. * Conducting sales presentations, product demonstrations , and customer visits to showcase WARDJet's waterjet cutting solutions. * Maintaining and updating the CRM system to track leads, sales activities, and pipeline opportunities. * Collaborating with the marketing team on lead generation efforts such as tradeshows, email campaigns, and product showcases. * Providing customers with accurate quotes , ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining target gross margins. * Partnering with internal teams, including engineering and customer service, to deliver the best possible experience for clients. * Submitting monthly sales forecasts and offering insights into market trends and customer needs. * Representing WARDJet at tradeshows, industry events, and CNC Expos to network and develop new opportunities. * Ensuring that all sales transactions are documented, financed appropriately, and meet WARDJet's manufacturing and installation capabilities. What You Bring to the Team We're looking for a highly motivated professional who thrives in a fast- paced sales environment and is passionate about driving business success. To succeed in this role, you should have: * A post-secondary degree or diploma in business, engineering, technical sales, marketing, or a related field. * 2-5 years of proven sales experience , ideally in capital equipment, industrial manufacturing, or CNC technology. * Strong negotiation, communication , and relationship-building skills. * Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple sales processes simultaneously. * Experience using CRM systems to track leads and maintain accurate records. * The ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. * A valid driver 's license and the ability to travel extensively throughout the region and occasionally internationally. * Knowledge of waterjet cutting technology and CNC machinery (a plus).
