A Team That Feels Like Family: You may know us from our popular radio show, "In the House" on WDBO--we're a family-owned company with deep community roots * What You'll Be Doing: * Making outbound calls to follow up on homeowner inquiries * Scheduling and confirming appointments for our Sales Estimators * Answering inbound calls for customer service and marketing leads * Providing exceptional customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm * Handling an average of 150 calls per day Requirements ? 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent ? 1+ years of customer service or sales experience (phone or in-person) ? Ability to type at least 30 WPM ? Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers ? Reliable transportation to commute to the office for scheduled shifts ?
