Sandy Sansing Automotive is looking for a motivated and personable BDC Representative to join our sales team! Do you have excellent communication skills, a knack for building relationships over the phone, and the ability to turn leads into appointments? If so, we want to hear from you! Automotive experience is a plus, but we'll provide training for the right candidate. Job Responsibilities : * Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing top-tier customer service. * Schedule sales appointments for customers. * Make outbound calls to customers who have inquired about vehicles, offering assistance and guiding them toward their next steps. * Work leads effectively to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize appointment success. What We 're Looking For: * A "ninja" on the phones with excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Someone who is organized, reliable, and driven to exceed goals. * Previous customer service experience (1 year preferred); automotive industry experience is a bonus. * High school diploma or equivalent. * A professional, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
