Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in Compton, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively managing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with vendors to fulfill customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Sales & Customer Management: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to promote Rovince's offerings in aircraft parts. * Vendor Registration: Register Rovince Aircraft Supply as an approved vendor with major customers to enhance accessibility and build long-term partnerships. * Quotation Preparation: Prepare and deliver accurate and timely quotations based on customer requirements and vendor input. * Collaboration with Vendors: Work with vendors to ensure that parts are available and priced competitively to meet customer demands. * Order Processing & Follow-up: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction through diligent follow-ups and timely order completion. * Experience/knowledge in the process of getting the ASA-100 accreditation Qualifications: * Proven sales experience in the aircraft parts industry. * Must have experience registering with vendors and airlines. * Experience/knowledge in the process of getting the ASA-100 accreditation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities Schedule: * 8 hour shift Ability to Commute: * Compton, CA 90220 (Required) Work Location: In person
