Join the Cohos Cleaning Team! We're looking for driven individuals to help keep our clients' spaces spotless, from cozy homes to bustling offices. Cohos provides everything you need to succeed--no experience required. You'll be a 1099 contractor, free to control your schedule and your earnings. If you're in good shape for physical work, well-spoken, and ready to serve our clients with a friendly, professional touch, we have two roles available: 1. Cleaning Department Manager * Meet New Clients & Soft Sell Services Handle initial cleanings, introduce Cohos Network, and serve as the main point of contact. * Build & Lead a Local Crew You'll assemble and train cleaners under you, ensuring they meet Cohos standards. (we send people your way for evaluation) * Oversee Ongoing Work Schedule follow-up cleanings, delegate tasks, and ensure client satisfaction every step of the way. * Earn On Every Cleaning You're paid for each job in your sub-market--plus you decide how to distribute pay to your cleaning team. You'll also receive referral pay whenever your clients use other Cohos services. If you've got a knack for sales and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to impress new clients, this role is for you. 2. Cleaner * Show Up & Shine Arrive on time, work hard, and make every space sparkle. * Team Collaboration Work under a local manager who handles scheduling and communicates client needs. * Room to Grow No experience?
