JOB OVERVIEW The Account Manager is someone who builds strong relationships and serves their clients with a thoughtful, proactive approach. In this role you will collaborate effectively with candidates and hiring managers by empathizing with candidates, representing the company well, and taking ownership of delivery for your clients. You will be successful in this role by providing consistent, high quality talent with a sense of urgency and forming high touch, healthy partnerships inside and outside the organization. QUALIFICATIONS * 2-5 years of professional work experience and/or background in recruiting * Passion for building relationships with people in person and by phone * Desire to grow in the recruiting industry and to make a social/missional impact through the people business * A heart for justice and mission * Solutions-driven self-starter with a strong sense of ownership * Able to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Strong video interviewing, Google business and technical acumen * Balances multiple priorities and responsibilities * 3H's: Humble | Hungry | Hustle + Self-starter + Positive + Urgency RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for $140,000 - $300,000 of revenue from clients * Assess and analyze job openings obtained from clients, identify required qualifications and skills and draft job postings to maximize recruitment of qualified candidates * Independently research, identify, recruit, screen, conduct in-depth phone/video interviews, evaluate, and select candidates for submission to Client for consideration * Active Candidates: fulfill client weekly hire goal through candidates who have applied * Passive Candidates: submit 1-2 passive qualified candidates a week * Leverage multiple channels to proactively seek active and passive talent (e.g., internal database, external job boards, networking, advertising, social media, internet postings, and candidate referrals) * Prepare candidate profile and CV for client submittal * Coordinate and prepare candidates for client interviews * Build relationships with clients through submitting amazing talent * Perform compensation analyses, prepare and extend competitive offer packages to candidates * Consistent ongoing interaction with placed Talent to ensure satisfaction with position and identify additional opportunities with clients and future placement opportunities for Talent * Referrals/Retention: call candidates offered positions weekly to solicit referrals * Collaboratively work with entire team to proactively pipeline candidates for top recurring job requisitions Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Parental leave * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * Recruiting: 2 years (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Raleigh, NC 27604 (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Raleigh, NC 27604
