Responsibilities * Complete the PLACE Launch program. * Implement weekly PLACE lead generation systems. * Guide buyers, secure agreements, and help find homes. * Negotiate offers for sellers and buyers. * Use PLACE Technology to track tasks. * Host two open houses monthly. * Turn prospecting into scheduled appointments. * Join weekly script practice per team standards. * Participate in team activities as per guidelines. * Schedule weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls. * Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties. * Show expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services.
