We're hiring a motivated inside sales representative to join our rapidly expanding team! You'll be responsible for closing sales with pre-qualified leads and driving the team's revenue to meet sales goals. If you have a proven track record of sales success and a love for persuading people, apply now!Compensation: $45,000 - $52,500 yearly Responsibilities: * Produce sales reports on a regular basis to present a status update on progress towards company customer acquisition goals * Update customer information in the CRM to ensure all sales team members have the most current data * Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal * Handle sales inquiries from pre-qualified leads and make sure client needs are taken care of * Generate repeat customers by persistently following up with existing customers via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication Primarily, the employee must enjoy interacting with customers and making sales. Additional requirements include: * Ability to juggle multiple tasks or projects * High level of attention to detail and follow-through * Must be cooperative and helpful * Energetic and enthusiastic personality * An ability to grasp construction concepts * Must be a team player * Must be able to add and subtract fractions as well as other basic math functions * Must have a strong desire to learn * Can work under pressure and be flexible to changing conditions * Must be able to demonstrate a high sense of urgency Qualifications: * Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills * High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred * Understands the sales process and how to use CRM software * 1+ year of sales experience converting qualified opportunities in a sales representative position * Sales experience is preferred but not required * Construction and retail experience is preferred but not required * We are looking for an outstanding individual that can grow with us and can positively contribute to our culture and continued success * All candidates shall be tested for job fit as well as for basic math competency About Company At Rex Glass, we specialize in custom residential and commercial glass and mirror products.
