Job Details: * Commission + draw. * $100,000+ a year of earning potential based on your commitment and your dedication. * Full time Benefits: * Medical, Dental, & Vision * Life Insurance * 401(k) Matching * Health savings account * PTO * Employee discount * Referral program * Paid training Key Responsibilities : * Sales and Customer Interaction : * Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Assess customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles. * Provide detailed information on vehicle features, pricing, warranties, and financing options. * Offer test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance and features. * Negotiate sales terms and close sales transactions, meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Product Knowledge and Presentation : * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dealership's inventory, including specifications, pricing, warranties, and features. * Ensure vehicles are well-presented and ready for customer viewing. * Assist in pricing and promotional initiatives and participate in sales events or special promotions. * Customer Service and Follow-Up : * Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by providing follow-up support. * Assist with paperwork, financing applications, and other administrative tasks. * Address any questions or concerns customers may have, striving for satisfaction.
