SUMMARY AND PURPOSE The Aftermarket Inside Sales is responsible for acting as the liaison between the company and its customers. Providing assistance to, information, and support to ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Answering Inquiries- Responding to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, or in person. * Problem Solving- Identifying and resolving customer issues, and complaints efficiently and effectively. * Quoting parts and processing orders. * Updating orders and customers with updated shipping dates from vendors. * Maintaining an accurate customer list with good contacts. * Customer Satisfaction- Ensuring positive customer experience and striving for high levels of customer satisfaction. * Upselling/Cross-selling- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. * Managing RMA's and their dispositions. * Managing Warranty claims and their disposition. * With procurement to support slow-moving inventory initiatives * Sourcing prices and lead times from Vendors * Manage on-boarding for HUB OEM Initiative. (On-line parts ordering portal) * Other tasks as assigned by Manager. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS * Education: * Associate's in business administration degree is preferred, or equivalent with 3-5 years relevant experience in office administration.
