You will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their wireless needs and provide tailored solutions. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively assist customers. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance. * Provide excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
