Oasis offers the leading software solutions (on-premise and cloud) for accounting and business management (ERP), human resources, payroll, and time & attendance, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Job Management, Document Management, Warehouse management, and more. * NetSuite Account Executive Oasis Solutions is currently seeking an Account Executive with 5+ years of experience selling ERP solutions, especially Netsuite, to C-Level decision- makers. * Requirements: * Proficient in time management, basic telesales skills, and familiarity with Oasis' products and services (training provided). * Goal-oriented individual with a track record of achieving personal targets and collaborating effectively within a team. * Ability to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively. * Maintains a professional demeanor. * Demonstrates a commitment to pursuing a long-term career in sales within the tech industry. * Capable of mastering responsibilities while gaining a broader understanding of the organization's functions, processes, and protocols. * Coachable, self-motivated, passionate, creative, curious, and resilient, with a determined attitude to accomplish tasks. * Possesses diverse interests, backgrounds, and experiences. Responsibilities: * Use our active sales strategy to find opportunities, build connections, and secure new business. * Collaborate with the Marketing team and management to generate a consistent stream of potential leads and convene regularly to adapt strategies as necessary. * Aid in organizing and executing seminars, webinars, user groups, and similar events alongside Marketing and leadership. * Offer insights on enhancing the sales process, improving sales tools, and any other initiatives that can speed up the acquisition of new clients and ensure their satisfaction for future references. * Benefits Oasis is committed to providing market-competitive benefits.
