Your Mission * Open doors and generate demand in untapped markets. * Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing --you build the engine. * Shape our go-to-market strategy , define ideal client profiles, and spot where the next big opportunity lives. * Collaborate with our leadership and delivery teams to position our value with precision. * Build a repeatable sales process, then scale it into a team. * Take what works and turn it into a playbook others follow. What You Bring * Proven track record in B2B sales , ideally in software consulting, digital services, or tech innovation. * A natural closer who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. * You love being first : first on the call, first to build, first to win. * Confidence and presence to pitch to founders, CTOs, and product decision-makers. * The hunger to lead , not follow.
