Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Aesthetic Sales Consultant to join our dynamic front desk team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our patients receive a seamless and delightful experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Key Responsibilities: * Warmly welcome and check-in patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued. * Manage appointment scheduling, patient follow-ups, and coordinate treatment plans * Manage inventory * Maintain an organized and efficient front desk, handling phone calls and inquiries with professionalism. * Process payments, input commissions and handle billing inquiries with accuracy and discretion. * Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional care. * Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and service excellence. * Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' aesthetic goals and recommend customized treatment plans * Educate patients on available services including injectables, skincare, lasers, promotions, packages, memberships and wellness treatments * Build strong patient relationships through consistent communication and follow-up * Convert leads into booked treatments through confident, knowledgeable, and results-driven sales techniques * Coordinate treatment timelines, payment plans, and memberships when applicable * Maintain a thorough understanding of all services, promotions, and retail products offered by the spa * Collaborate with providers and front desk staff to ensure a seamless and high-end client experience * Manage before/after photos, treatment consents, and EMR documentation with accuracy * Participate in events, influencer outreach, and promotional campaigns to drive business growth * Stay up to date with industry trends, treatment protocols, and competitor offerings * Must be highly driven by upselling, revenue growth, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets Qualifications: Previous experience in a Medical Spa, Plastic Surgery, or Dermotology is highly preferred (2 Years) Experienced with PatientNow Software system is highly preferred. Experience with Excel/Google Sheets is highly preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Strong work ethic and great attitude. Experienced with completing inventory Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer skills. A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for wellness and aesthetics. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
