Full description of the position
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales individual to join our dynamic team in the roofing industry. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving SALES and managing projects related to roofing needs. You will work closely with clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project completion while meeting or exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities: * Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of our roofing products and services. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, estimating, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. * Manage multiple ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion, quality control, and adherence to budgetary constraints. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and other industry stakeholders to promote brand awareness and generate repeat business. * Keep clients updated on the project status with the support of our operations teams * Foster strong client relationships through clear, ongoing communication * Participate in daily sales calls, weekly sales meetings, and training as required Requirements: * Proven sales experience in the roofing industry, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Previous sales experience in a related home improvement industry, such as Solar, HVAC, construction, home remodeling, or similar fields, is highly desired * Strong knowledge of various roofing systems, materials, and installation methods. * Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills * Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders. * Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
