Learn more at [please apply online] Job Summary: We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to grow our dealer network in the Orlando / Central Florida region. You'll represent our blinds and shades to window covering retailers, showrooms, and designers. This is a field sales position ideal for a self-starter with industry experience. Responsibilities: * Develop and grow a book of dealer accounts in your territory * Visit retail dealers to present product lines and promotions * Build strong relationships and provide support to existing customers * Report on sales activity, customer needs, and market trends * Attend local industry events and trade shows Qualifications: * 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the window coverings or home decor markets * Knowledge of blinds, shades, shutters, or related products is a plus * Strong communication and organizational skills * Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally Compensation: * Base Salary: $40,000-$50,000/year (depending on experience) * Commission: 5-8% of sales, with performance bonuses * Monthly car allowance ($500) + mileage reimbursement * Paid time off after 6 months * Paid training and marketing support Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Work Location: On the road
