We are currently looking to add 4 more individuals to our growing team. Our company has been able to assist hundreds of customers with restoration projects and insurance claims related to construction. Our company delivers the best storm restoration training program in the nation, developing fully capable, proficient representatives within 14 days. Individuals we hire receive training on the basic construction, insurance, and storm damage knowledge they need to represent and assist homeowners through their claims, so prior experience is not necessary. Qualifications: * Proven experience in customer service, inside/outside sales, or account management. * Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers. * Comfortable utilizing technology tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze data. * Must have reliable transportation & a valid driver's license. * Team player, self-disciplined, self-motivated and have good time management * Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspections Responsibilities & Duties: * Engage with potential clients through door to door sales and lead generation strategies to identify roofing needs by offering a free roof inspection. * Conduct thorough assessments of customer properties to recommend appropriate roofing solutions. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with team members to develop effective business development strategies that enhance market presence. Commission Pay: * Up to $100.00+ per hour or $50,000-$250,000 per year Job Types: * Full-time, Part-time, Flexible Scheduling, Weekends, Set your own schedule.
