Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team specializing in custom window treatments, including blinds, shades, shutters and drapery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, strong interpersonal skills and a track record of closing sales in a client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities * Conduct in-home consultations to assess clients window treatment needs and offer design solutions. * Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and company provided appointments. * Educate clients on available products, fabric options, motorization, and installation processes. * Accurately measure windows and provide quotes based on clients selections. * Prepare and submit sales orders, follow up with clients, and ensure customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with Designers, installers, and customer service to ensure seamless project execution. * Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics. * Attend product training, team meetings and industry events as required. Qualifications * 1+ Year of outside sales experience is (preferred but not required) preferably in window treatments, home improvement, or interior design. * Strong design sense and ability to recommend aesthetically pleasing solutions. * Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. * Proficient in measuring and basic math skills; training will be provided. * Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. * Comfortable using CRM software and mobile devices.
