Certified Apartment Staffing is a staffing firm exclusive to the apartment industry. We are currently seeking a rockstar Leasing Specialists for the Clinton Township Michigan area for a beautiful apartment communities. We are seeking a Leasing Consultants that is comfortable talking to people and "selling" the product, which are apartment homes. Essential Duties: -Leasing apartments to maintain occupancy and collections -Stand up, greet, qualify and "close" prospects -Verify application and process paperwork -Generate traffic for the property by performing outreach marketing (while thinking outside the box) -Keep current residents happy by conducting functions and maintaining strong customer service -Assist the manager and assistant manager as needed Required Skills and Experience: -Bilingual is plus but not required -Onesite knowledge would be helpful -Excellent customer service skills -Strong sales and leasing skills -Reliable transportation required -Must be willing to go above and beyond -Ability to learn quickly Pays: $18-$20 per hour CALL NOW (817) [please apply online] or email resume to inquire about this amazing opportunity!
