Duties * Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. * Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to demonstrate features and benefits. * Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and meet sales targets. * Maintain an organized approach to follow up with leads and prospects. * Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with potential buyers. * Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. * Stay informed about market trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings. * Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. * Attend dealership events and community outreach activities to promote brand awareness. Qualifications * Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with public speaking capabilities. * Ability to build rapport with customers and establish trust quickly. * Familiarity with outside sales techniques is a plus. * A genuine interest in the automotive industry and staying updated on market trends. * A valid driver's license is required.
