Responsibilities for Outside Sales Representatives: * Canvass and close new sales opportunities daily through targeted B2C campaigns. * Inspect properties and educate property owners on Meridian Restoration's services. * Communicate effectively with property owners, insurance adjusters and team members. * Provide 5-star customer experience and build lasting relationships with homeowners. * Effectively manage your project workflow using our CRM system. * Maintain ongoing communication with sales leadership, homeowners, and office support. * Attend weekly sales meetings and adhere to Meridian Restoration's sales systems and procedures. Requirements: *Valid Driver 's License * Willing and able to canvass and talk with homeowners daily * Willing and able to climb a ladder and walk on roofs.
