StaffBright has an exciting opportunity for motivated sales professionals with one of our clients! We are seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join their growing team in the Northeast Metro Chicago area. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This is a direct hire, full-time, fully onsite role. What You Will Be Doing * Engage with customers both in-person at the showroom and via phone to provide exceptional service * Utilize our CRM system to manage, follow up on, and process pending and current client orders * Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients * Identify specific customer needs and recommend appropriate products as solutions * Develop existing accounts through regular contact and value-added service ("farming") * Assist with showroom merchandising to create an appealing retail environment * Maintain product displays and ensure the sales floor is presentable at all times * Execute upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize sales opportunities What We Need From You To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills: * 2+ years of experience in product-driven sales, preferably against a sales goal or quota * Proficiency with basic computer applications such as MS Office products * Excellent communication skills * Willingness to learn and ability to accept direct feedback constructively * Ability and comfort supporting customers both in-person and over the phone All-Star Skillset The ideal candidate will also have any or all of the following preferred experience and skills: * Sales experience for industrial, tooling, machining, aftermarket automotive, automotive/mechanical parts, construction, or similar product lines * CRM experience * Experience with in-person sales * Background in a manufacturing/industrial sales environment The Perks * A competitive salary and bonus opportunities * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities * A dynamic and supportive work environment * A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans StaffBright - Who We Are StaffBright connects exceptional professionals with fulfilling opportunities in Finance, IT, Engineering, and Sales and Marketing.
