Pay & Schedule: * $24.00 per hour * Monday-Tuesday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM * Thursday-Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM * Full-time schedule (Wednesdays and Sundays off) What You'll Do: * Engage with customers to understand their EV needs and showcase vehicle features * Lead test drives and demonstrate cutting-edge technology * Manage leads, close sales, and ensure a smooth, positive buying experience * Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale * Stay current with EV models, government incentives, and charging technologies * Maintain accurate records and use CRM software to track performance Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of B2C sales experience * Driver's License required * Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills * Proficiency with computers and CRM software * Enthusiasm for electric vehicles and a desire for long-term career growth * Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt * Physical ability to sit and walk as needed * Comfortable managing leads, handling inquiries, and completing sales paperwork Ready to take the wheel in the EV industry?
