Position Overview: We're seeking a Sales Representative who will connect homeowners, businesses, and other potential customers with the products and services we provide. We're looking for a seasoned sales professional, not necessarily from the Fence or Deck world, but the ideal candidate is someone with the ambition to learn, the ability to communicate, and a passion for delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities: * Generate and follow up on leads for residential and commercial projects * Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide accurate estimates * Documentation of layouts, key job items, photos, and estimates in our easy to use CRM system * Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth project hand-offs and satisfied customers * Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, providing support and guidance throughout the sales process * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals Qualifications & Skills: * Customer-Focused Mindset: You enjoy working with people and helping them find the right solutions * Strong Communication: Able to clearly explain products, pricing, and project timelines in person, on the phone, and via email * Organized & Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple leads and projects at once * Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with installers, project managers, and office staff * Valid Driver's License: Comfortable traveling for client consultations (regional travel only) Previous fence, deck, or other home service/construction sales experience is a major plus but not required. We provide training and mentorship to help you succeed. Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive Pay: Base salary plus commission (commensurate with experience and performance).
