We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process of our multi family apartment community, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to prospective tenants. This role requires a strong understanding of property management and the ability to work efficiently in an office environment. Duties: * Conduct apartment showings to prospective tenants. * Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements and contracts. * Maintain accurate records of tenant applications, leases, and correspondence. * Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations throughout the leasing process. * Assist in curb appeal efforts * Utilize Yardi software for data entry, tracking applications, and managing tenant information. * Collaborate with the property management team to address tenant inquiries and concerns. * Support administrative tasks related to facilities management and property leasing. * Stay informed about local rental market trends to effectively market available properties. * Provide outstanding customer service to all residents and potential residents Experience: * Previous experience in leasing is preferred. * Yardi experience preferred * Bilingual: Spanish preferred * Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and office software. * Knowledge of contract negotiation and compliance with Fair Housing regulations. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
