We are in need of an experienced and talented Assistant Property Manager , to join our Multi family apartment community in Federal Way, WA Responsibilities: * Assist the Property Manager with resident, staff and community needs * Provide excellent customer service to tenants and prospective tenants * Assist with property leasing activities, delinquency, evictions, Accounts Receivable * Manage renewals, delinquencies, violations, evictions,move in and outs * financial management * Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure property upkeep and maintenance * Support all administrative tasks * Maintain accurate records and data entry * Assist in sales and negotiation process related to property leasing and maintenance Requirements: * Property leasing experience for a market rent community * Yardi experience * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a assistant property manager * Strong Accounts Receivable and Delinquency skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Outstanding Customer Service * Must have solid experience with violations, notices and evictions * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure of deadlines. * Strong negotiation skills with a focus on exceeding expectations. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing paperwork and documents. * Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. * Must be able to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency. * Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers. * Must be able to work under pressure, with or without supervision, for extended periods of time, and in high stress, high pressure environments.
