In this role, you'll work closely with our team to craft custom sales proposals and handle policy documentation for our agents and carriers. Job Responsibilities: * Collaborate with agents to create customized sales proposals and assist with installing group benefits. * Focus primarily on groups with fewer than 50 members, handling: * Proposal creation * Carrier requests * Benefit guidance * Develop custom spreadsheets to help agents market to current and prospective clients. * Respond to inquiries about small business ancillary and worksite products, such as dental, vision, and life insurance. * Guide agents through the policy installation process by: * Providing detailed information on small business health products * Checking paperwork for accuracy * Submitting clean documentation to carriers * Oversee and organize agents' policies, submitted data, and internal business communications. * Compile and manage carrier data for each group market within the organization. * Gain a general understanding of the group health insurance market and ancillary and worksite coverages. * Use CRM and carrier enrollment platforms specific to the Benefit Operations Department.
