Job Overview We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated Property Manager to help oversee small apartment complexes in a part-time capacity. This is a flexible role, perfect for someone looking to supplement their income while making a positive impact in the community. Responsibilities include responding to rental inquiries, showing units, coordinating maintenance, and maintaining strong relationships with current tenants. Duties * Responding to rental inquiries through Zillow & Facebook Marketplace * Screening potential tenants over the phone * Showing vacant units to potential tenants * Discussing the benefits of the complex, community, etc * Taking pictures of vacant units & editing them * Posting listings & descriptions on Zillow & Facebook marketplace * Scheduling lawn care, pest control, handy man, & cleaners as needed. * Ensuring units & property are in great condition * Addressing concerns & maintenance requests from current tenants * Approving rental applications * Filling out lease agreements * Zip tying "For Rent' signs around town * Updating the Monthly Newsletter & emailing out to active tenants * Replacing appliances & other amenities as needed * Collecting rent from late tenants as needed Skills: * Proficient with technology * Proficient over the phone etiquette * Positive customer service skills * Organized and detail-oriented * Basic photography and editing skills * Friendly Personality to build connection with tenants * Responsive to calls & texts * Work independently This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to advance their career in property management while contributing positively to the community through effective property oversight.
