Who are we looking for? o The Position will be called the Director of Agent Services for the Keller Williams Realty Buckhead. This person will interact with everyone with positivity, enthusiasm, patience, and thoroughness. o Director of Agent Services must be friendly with a strong desire to help and serve others. The Director of Agent Services will be seen as the go-to person for all the agents within the Market Center. This person will need to have a relationship-based attitude as a result of the associate/agent being the customer. o Director of Agent Services takes care of their agent's needs in a timely manner. This individual is deeply committed to completing tasks through completion with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication. o Director of Agent Services will assist the office by providing support and feedback to the MCA and Team Leader on all matters affecting the productivity and operation of the brokerage. What will you do? These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed: o The onboarding process for agents, both experienced and new. o Holding weekly agent orientations, and one-on-one's with experienced agents coming on board. o Help to share Market Center value story. Essential Duties and Responsibilities White Glove Onboarding and Offboarding Experience * Initiate and oversee to completion onboarding and offboarding with the assistance of our Virtual Assistant * Host New Agent Orientation * Help agents sign up with Supra and ARA * Order business cards and any other onboarding perks Tech Needs * Point of Contact for Tech Questions related to o Command, o Command Websites o FMLS & GAMLS o Supra o DocuSign o Earnnest * Copiers/Printers - keep ink/paper full, troubleshoot, and report needs * Oversee and Set up Office Tech in the Training Room, Conference Rooms, & Production Room. Events and Agent Care * Team Meeting - help put together slide show, set up for training room, and host Team Meeting * Execute and Oversee Office Events, Award Ceremony, Agent Recognition, Holiday Parties, Happy Hours, Career Nights, etc. * Oversee and Inform on Agent Care (agent needs, birthday, funerals, marriages, babies, celebrations, anniversaries, etc.) - The Heart of the Office * Ignite - With the aid of Team Leader and Productivity Coach Oversee, find instructors, schedule, execute, and submit for CE credit * Create flyers, graphics, and Eventbrite as needed for classes and events. * Schedule agent headshots * Order Capper Wall photos * Create name signs for office doors * Participate in the Agent Retention plan Communications/Interactions * Sales Associates - Assist in connecting them to our resources - daily * Team Leader and MCA - Review what needs to take happen to make each day a win - daily * Prospective Sales Associates - Oversee the intake/ transition process, transferring license, etc. - weekly Knowledge/Skills * Neat, clean, professional appearance * Positive, proactive, and service-based attitude * Computer skills - Knowledge of MS Word and Excel, MLS experience, Canva * Willing and able to embrace new technology, master it, and teach it to others * Exceptional organizational, project management abilities, and problem-solving skills * Concerned about completing all tasks thoroughly Our Leadership Team Values a Team Player Who: * A Problem Solver * Responsible * Helpful * Learning Based and Growth Minded * A Strong Communicator - written and verbal communication skills * Accountable and Takes Ownership * Driven for Quality * Loyal * Authentic * Timely * Comes from Curiosity * Gives and Accepts Grace * Fun and Friendly * Calm Under Pressure Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Performance bonus * Profit sharing * Yearly pay Schedule: * Monday to Friday Experience: * Management: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Real Estate License (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Atlanta, GA 30305 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Atlanta, GA 30305: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In personKeller Williams Realty, Inc.
