Scott Enterprises, Inc., a leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for the right individual! The ideal candidate will have/ or will be working on an associate or bachelor?s degree in construction management, sales, or business. Responsibilities: * Client Acquisition: Actively seek out new commercial clients and build a strong customer base through networking, prospecting, and relationship-building. * Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of commercial roofing products and services. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices. * Sales Presentations: Conduct effective sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of the company's roofing solutions. Address client needs and concerns. * Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. * Market Research: Stay informed about the competitive landscape. Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. * Sales Reporting: Keep detailed records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales calls, and outcomes. Provide regular reports to management. Qualifications: * Sales Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the commercial roofing or construction industry. * Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to articulate technical information in a clear and compelling manner. * Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals. * Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Focus on customer satisfaction and retention. * Self-Motivation: A self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of working independently and meeting sales targets. * Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using sales and CRM tools. Basic technical understanding of roofing systems. This is a full-time salary position plus commission.
