Outside Sales Representative Full-Time | Field-Based We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales in an assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within a defined territory. * Visit existing and prospective customers to promote products and services. * Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up. * Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product recommendations tailored to customer needs. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment. * Track sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using CRM tools. * Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity. Qualifications: * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Proven ability to develop and close sales opportunities. * Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities. * Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory. * Previous experience in outside sales or customer-facing roles preferred. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
