Description: Advantage Chevrolet of Hodgkins is currently seeking an Experienced Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. Responsibilities * Greet customers and assist them in finding the right vehicle that meets their needs * Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations to customers * Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers * Generate sales opportunities by developing relationships with customers by utilizing effective sales techniques and strategies. As well as Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships * Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends * Meet and exceed sales targets and goals * Processing necessary paperwork and closing deals Requirements: * Proven track record of success in automotive sales * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong negotiation and closing skills * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Customer service oriented * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Self-motivated and independent worker who can work with minimal supervision * _We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and commission, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
