What You'll Do: * Develop and Execute : Create strategic sales plans that align with both client and company goals. * Innovate and Grow : Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers. * Sell Integrated Solutions : Offer comprehensive advertising solutions, including audio, digital, and event sponsorships. * Collaborate and Succeed : Work with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution. * Analyze and Report : Monitor sales performance and provide insights to leadership. What We're Looking For: * Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in media sales, digital marketing, or a related field. * Skills and Abilities : Excellent communication skills, a proven track record of meeting sales goals, and a strong understanding of audio and digital media. * Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Driven and Organized : Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in broadcast media and existing relationships with key advertisers. * Knowledge of digital marketing, including programmatic advertising and social media campaigns. * Familiarity with FCC regulations and advertising compliance. Physical Demands & Work Conditions: * Office-based with a mix of in-person and virtual client meetings. * Occasional travel for client visits. * Flexible hours to meet client needs. * Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. for promotional materials and event setup.
