Real Estate License and ability to commute to our office in Chicago is a requirement. This is a commission-only position. Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business * Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline * Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community * "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers * Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience Qualifications: * Must have a valid Real Estate License * Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills * Organized and manages time effectively * Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth * A successful and proven sales history is preferred * Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies About Company We are the #1 independent real estate team in all of Illinois (ranked by Real Trends since 2022).
