In this role, you'll be accountable for hitting the following critical goals: * Help the team achieve and maintain an occupancy of 98% * Obtain a renewal retention rate of 45% * Effectively use revenue management to obtain positive lease trade outs on new and renewal leases Our company runs purely on EOS.
