Account Manager Key Account Manager Position Overview The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients on a global scale. This role will focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales growth, and promoting the company's products to meet client needs effectively. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from key accounts. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and by understanding their needs. * Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and deliver solutions that meet client expectations. * Monitor account performance and conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. * Provide insights into market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform business strategies. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a global context. * Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building.
