Position Overview: Reflex's Sales Development Program is a rotational training experience designed to prepare you for success in a sales career as a lighting manufacturer's representative. Our goal is to find and cultivate future sales leaders who will grow their career with Reflex by learning the business from the inside out. This development program will provide a unique opportunity to learn all aspects of our business and industry; from customer service to project management, you'll be exposed to all departments and understand how the business truly works and operates. This training program will also provide several sales trips to major cities outside of New England to learn more about our factory partners, products, technologies, and systems. After the 12-month rotational program, you'll be challenged with a starting role that best suits your abilities and aligns with the needs of the organization. This opportunity provides a path to become a well-rounded outside salesperson in 3-5 years.
