Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the leasing process for our residential properties, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping clients find their ideal homes. Duties * Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants. * Assist in the application process, including data entry and file management. * Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and tenant interactions using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. * Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 law throughout the leasing process. * Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address tenant concerns and ensure properties are well-maintained. * Respond promptly to inquiries from potential tenants via phone, email, or in-person visits. * Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately. * Stay informed about local market trends and property availability to provide clients with up-to-date information. Experience * Previous experience in property leasing or a related field is preferred. * Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in data entry and office management tasks. * Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 law is highly desirable. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients. * Familiarity with property maintenance processes is a plus. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
