Financial Sales Manager Minimum Requirements: * Integrity. We are looking for people who have their clients' best interests at heart. * 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry. * Ability and desire to attract, train, and work with individuals new to the industry. * Proven proficiency in insurance, investments and/or and financial planning * Excellent interpersonal communication skills. * Commitment to establishing a long-term career. * Willingness and ability to take the initiative. Preferred Qualifications for the Financial Advisor: * Bilingual. * Highly computer literate. * Outside sales experience. * Past entrepreneurial and management experience. * Securities license not initially required.
