Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. * Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our technology solutions. * Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer accounts, and analyzing sales data to inform strategies. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns. * Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales staff as needed, fostering a collaborative team environment. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments. * Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. * Demonstrated ability in business development and identifying new market opportunities. * Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client interactions and analyzing data. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and customer needs effectively. * Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results within the sales department.
