Ability to perform load calculations and knowledge of duct design * Sales Software Proficiency: Comfortable using sales software and CRM systems * Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated experience in customer service with a focus on relationship-building * Strong Listening Skills: Ability to listen attentively to customer needs and concerns * Goal-Oriented: Highly focused and motivated to meet sales targets * Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive, can-do attitude daily * Self-Motivated: Reliable and capable of working independently * Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills * Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills * Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to expand your knowledge of HVAC industry products and techniques * Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred * All candidates are subject to pre-employment drug screenings and background checks All applicants shall, unless otherwise described in the job requirements, possess a valid drivers license and shall demonstrate safe driving practice by submitting a recent DMV Safe Driving Record.
