Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and motivated Salesperson with a strong background in cabinets, countertops, and flooring products. The ideal candidate will possess technical knowledge to assist clients in choosing the right products for their needs and have a proven track record in sales. This role requires a strong focus on customer relationships, product knowledge, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: * Engage with customers in-store, over the phone to assess their needs and provide expert advice on cabinets, countertops, and flooring products. * Guide customers through the selection process, offering tailored recommendations based on their preferences, space, and budget. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate new business through referrals, word-of-mouth, and cold calls. * Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing information clearly and confidently. * Prepare and process customer orders, including measurements, quotes, and design consultations. * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. * Stay current with industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings. * Provide after-sales support and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cabinetry, countertops, and flooring. * In-depth product knowledge of cabinets, countertops, and flooring types. * Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to listen to client needs and offer personalized solutions. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets. * Ability to lift and move products when necessary. * Experience with RFMS software a plus.
